At Higher Ground Fitness, we strive to provide you with fun yet effective workout. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits of exercises and this is why we offer various classes to cater for all, ranging from beginner to hardcore, low impact to high intensity, etc.

We are also proactively seeking to add different styles and modalities so as to keep bringing fresh experience to our members. We constantly work with some of the largest fitness organizations and group class program providers to ensure we could introduce the most up-to-date programs in our studio.
